since no one has been posting lately I might as well take a shot.....
training five days a week, for the past month straight, my strength is almost at it’s peak as it was in my midtwenties, but I’m still 30lbs heavier than my weight was when I was at my peak, still going to try and pack on another 15 lbs though, than hope and pray that my diet from there doesn’t ruin me.
right now I’m taking a very good thermo (NJ (thanks Brian)) and using DB Whey as my protien source, any suggestions as what to add from here while I bloat up, looking to put on lean pounds as my body is already 85% fat… including my head.
