that’s awesome… if yall don’t mind I’d like to show off my results too, I’ll use the benchpress to gauge my progress.
day 1 - bodyweight @ 175 benchpress max 275 3x BF must’ve been around 20% if not more!!
end week 1 - bodyweight @ 180 benchpress max @ 275 6x
end week 2 - bodyweight @ 185 benchpress max @ 300lbs 1x
end week 3 - bodyweight @ 195 benchpress max @ 300 4x, 275 10x, 225 24x
day 1 of week 4 started suggested PCT
week 5 sometime I started my diet.
My weight started to decrease coming off of the Tren anyway in week 5 but and I started to look and
feel harder, so I figure it wouldn’t hurt, I expected a lot of loss of strength that usually associates with
a diet anyway, normally I need to be 145lbs to 150 for the abs to start showing themselves, but this
time I’m 170lbs now and it looks like it’ll be a lot sooner than I thought maybe about 160 (I hope 165)
than I should be where I want to be, I started to hit the gym Feb 2, 2009 and my PH cycle on 4/10/09
my PCT ended on 6/12/09 and stayed with all my reg supps thoughout the whole deal, I’m the heaviest
I’ve ever been near 10% BF, strength has gone down quite a bit but still stronger than I was @ week 1,
benchpress is now @ 275 for 6-8 times as of yesterday… all in all I was impressed.
the only thing is that my muscles (<-- HA! look!, I said I get muscles) could handle the loads but my
joints couldn’t, I suffered a quick muscle pull in my left pec, and develped tennis elbow in my left arm.
FYI I’m right handed.
on a side note I feel like my age went reverse 10 years… musta been all those test boosters

was catching some major cracks

I’m going to finish this diet in a few weeks, than start another bottle of tren… can’t wait.
